Memorandum made this thirtieth day of January 1815 In case I should be taken off
by sudden death before I have an opportunity of making my Will I hereby direct
that all my freehold Copyhold & Leasehold Estates be sold and after paying all just
Debts due by me I leave & bequeath to my dear Wife Elizabeth Dixon half of the
proceeds of such property deducting the expenses of Sale and I also leave her all
my Furniture & Plate and appoint her & my Nephew Rich[ar]d Dixon my sole
Executrix and Executor As Witness my hand the date above written

Proved at London 18th December 1817 before the Worshipful Samuel ?Pearce?
Parson Dr of Laws and Surr[ogate] by the Oaths of Elizabeth Dixon widow the
Relict and Richard Dixon the Nephew the Executors to whom Admon was granted
they having been first sworn duly to administer And interlocutory Decree having
been first made and interposed for the form and validity for the said Will.
