I Stephen Brooker of the Parish of Horley in the County of Surry ffarmer | being weak in body but of a sound mind memory and understanding do | make constitute & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and | form following that is to say ffirst I will & desire for all my lawful | Debts ffuneral Expenses & Probate of this my last Will to be all
| satisfied & paid by my Exors hereinafter named then <..> my Estate called | & known by the name of Inholmes situate lying & being in the | Parish of Horley in the County of Surry aforesaid & now occupied & used by myself & also my Estate called & known by the name of Burnshaw | situate lying & being in the Parish of Reigate in the County of Surry | aforesaid & also my Cash Bonds Stock Household ffurniture & Linen | & in a word all my Property of what kind soever it may be & to me | appertaining at my decease I give & bequeath unto my beloved Wife | Mary Brooker for & during the full term of her natural life or as long | as she the said Mary remains my Widow then after the decease of the | said Mary Brooker |or/ on her Marrying again my before mentioned | Estate called Inholmes situate lying & being in the Parish of Horley | aforesaid & in the County of Surry & now used by myself & also my Estate called & known by the name of Burnshaw situate lying | & being in the parish of Reigate in the County of Surry aforesaid | & now in the Occupation of Robert Wise & Widow Cox also all my | Bonds Cash Stock Household ffurniture & Linen & in a word all such | Property of what kind or what kind soever it may be that my Wife the | said Mary Brooker may & shall be then at that time possessed off I do | give & bequeath unto Stephen Brooker & Thomas Brooker my sons and | unto Sarah Brooker & Ann Brooker my Daughters to be equally | divided between them share & share alike And I do constitute and appoint Ambrose Brooker ffarmer & Thomas Jeal Labourer Executors | to this my last Will & Testament & I will & bequeath unto each of | them the sum of two Pounds Ten Shillings from out of this my said | Property & I do hereby utterly revoke disallow & disannul all former Wills | heretofore by me in any wise left or made declaring ratifying and | confirming this & no other to be my last Will & Testament In Witness | whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this thirtieth day of | November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and | fifteen.
