Note*He was appointed curate of Rayleigh in 1813. His obituary in The Gentleman's Magazine notes he was curate for 16 years. in 1813. 
Death*He died in May 1824 at The Rectory, Rayleigh, Essex, England, at age 65. Obituary in The Gentleman's Magazine (Volume 94 Part 1) published Jun 1824.
