Edmund Lewis studied medicine in London where he obtained a
L.S.A. and M.R.C.S.E. (Member of Royal College of Surgeons England).
He was first registered in South Australia 1874/75, and was a surgeon at Moonta.
After Fanny's death he remarried, marrying Helen PHILPOTT on 5 February 1901 at
Christchurch, North Adelaide, South Australia.
